Abstract: La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación
existente entre motivación y estrés laboral en personal militar del
Escuadrón Aeronaval de la Amazonia, Iquitos 2023. La
metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica,
nivel descriptivo – correlacional y diseño no experimental y
transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 69 efectivos del
personal militar del Escuadrón Aeronaval de la Amazonia, Iquitos
2023 de ambos sexos y de entre 26 a 50 años, a quienes se les
aplicó la Escala de Motivación de Steers y Braunstein y Escala de
Estrés Laboral OIT- OMS. Los resultados de la investigación
mostraron que no existe relación significativa entre motivación y
estrés laboral en personal militar del Escuadrón Aeronaval de la
Amazonia, Iquitos 2023 (p=0.188>.05). Es decir, la motivación
laboral no condiciona el desarrollo de estrés laboral en los
militares.
The research aimed to determine the relationship between motivation and work stress among military personnel of the Amazon Naval Aviation Squadron, Iquitos 2023. The methodology employed a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive-correlational level, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 69 military personnel from the Amazon Naval Aviation Squadron, Iquitos 2023, of both sexes, aged 26 to 50 years. The Steers and Braunstein Motivation Scale and the ILO-WHO Occupational Stress Scale were applied. The results showed no significant relationship between motivation and work stress among military personnel of the Amazon Naval Aviation Squadron, Iquitos 2023 (p = 0.188 > 0.05).
