The purpose of this study was to show how the PDCA Methodology is implemented in order to obtain an improvement in Warehouse Management in a Logistics company. In this study, a pre-experimental design and an applied research style were used, whose information for the data was obtained from a number of one hundred operations, taking into account the sample collected from the entire population, in 2 time interval circumstances considered as pre-test and post-test, where the entire environment of the study carried out manifests all the indispensable demands to be able to improve Warehouse Management within a Logistics company. Using this PDCA methodology has the objective of continuous improvement through 4 interconnected stages which are planning, doing, checking and acting that will help improve the operations and processes that are essential to improve the deficiencies that a company may have. Likewise, the observation technique was applied in the research, using observation sheets as instruments. For the 3 indicators of the study, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used in the SPSS system where the specific hypotheses were accepted. The study concludes that there is evidence to determine that the implemented PDCA Methodology improves the Warehouse Management developed and applied in a company in the logistics sector, in which storage costs were improved by 39%, order delivery times were optimized by 35% and productivity was increased by 16%.
