Abstract: El presente estudio titulado “Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los
trabajadores del Minsa en Trujillo, 2023”. Tuvo como objetivo principal determinar
si existe relación directa y significativa entre las variables estudiadas. El estudio es
de tipo correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, con enfoque
cualitativo. En el estudio participaron 245 trabajadores que laboran en hospitales y
establecimientos del Ministerio de Salud (MINSA) en Trujillo.
Para el desarrollo de la investigación fue importante elegir el instrumento para la
recolección de datos, para este caso se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, la cual fue
revisado por 5 expertos en la rama de Recursos Humanos, con experiencia en el
sector salud y se esa manera determino la validez a través de la prueba V de Aiken
politómica y la confiabilidad mediante la w mc Donald.
Los hallazgos indicaron que el clima organizacional lo consideran “adecuado” en
un 49,4%; asimismo, el 71.8% del personal asistencial tuvieron un desempeño
laboral eficiente.
Los resultados obtenidos mediante el Rho de Spearman fui de 0.251 que indica que
existe una relación positiva baja, se encontró también que el p valor es igual a 0.001
(p< 0.05), lo que manifiesta que es altamente significativa. Se concluye que el clima
organizacional se relación de manera directa y significativa al desempeño laboral.
