The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the enteral nutrition guide in nurses from critical areas of a hospital in Sullana, 2024. A quantitative approach was used, descriptive level in a sample of 35 nurses. who work in critical areas. The results show: in terms of knowledge, the average level predominated with 88.6% while only 11.4% had a good level of knowledge. The level of adherence to the enteral nutrition guide predominated at the efficient level with 71.4% while only 28.6% had a good level of adherence. Conclusions: the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of adherence to the enteral nutrition guide was determined, which had a bilateral Sig result of 0.001, being less than a p value of 0.005. Therefore, the general hypothesis was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected, indicating that the level of knowledge is significantly related to the level of adherence to the enteral nutrition guide in nurses in critical areas of a hospital in Sullana, 2024.
