This thesis project has as its main objective the implementation of a comprehensive quality management methodology in the execution of the Torres del Bosque project, located in Trujillo, La Libertad. The research focuses on applying the Quality Management tool aligned with the PMBOK, with the purpose of identifying and effectively managing the risks associated with the project. This methodology will allow a more efficient organization and continuous improvement in the management of the work during its execution. The study proposes the development of a structured work plan that ensures optimal quality, high performance and appropriate functionality for the project, while using resources efficiently. The aim is to increase production and improve delivery times, in order to maximize benefits for the company in terms of projected costs and times. Additionally, the success of project management is closely linked to adequate planning and execution, which must reflect a series of integrated procedures. These procedures cover key areas such as quality, costs, risks, times, adaptability to change and resource management, always in line with the company's guidelines and values. The thesis highlights the importance of a systematic and coherent approach to quality management to ensure compliance with project objectives, as well as continuous improvement in the execution of modern construction projects.
