Marco Conceptual, ii. Marco Institucional, iii. Marco Normativo,
In this thesis ““Model of Integrated Water Resources Management in the Chicama River Basin. Peru. ““Whose overall objective is to design and develop a Model of Integrated Water Resources Management ( IWRM ) for Chicama River Basin, which includes the conceptual, institutional, regulatory frameworks and geophysicist. The methodology used consisted of observation and interview, and reviewing consulted official documents and research on the subject. Likewise the state of knowledge, which considers research both nationally and internationally on tools integrated water resources management as instruments, principles, strategies, plans and areas shown and models of IWRM and the creation of the Council intends Water Resources Basin Interregional Chicama ( COREHICHIC ) , with participation of the Regional Government of the Freedom and the Regional Government of Cajamarca. In this research the detailed study of the problems of the watershed of Rio Chicama, describing each of them presents the water resources, water quality, uses and demands, water use, the balance deal- demand, development projects of water resources, water infrastructure, extreme events, operation and maintenance, valuation, legislation and water governance. Chicama River Basin, most of it is arid and dry and is located in the high Andean zone that is producing water, so it is a wet basin. I: Model IWRM Chicama River Basin, the fundamentals of the model and the model scheme for four ( 4 ) components arises. Conceptual framework, ii. Institutional Framework III. Regulatory Framework, iv. Geophysical framework. Model of integrated water resources management statement lines before, where four components related to the conceptual, institutional, regulatory frameworks and geophysical described develops.
