The present study was to determinate the effect of Sonic activated in decline of microleakage in class I preparation restored of resin in vitro. The prospective, longitudinal, comparative and experimental study was developed in the laboratory of biology at the University private Antenor Orrego and include a total of 36 permanent teeth between premolars and molars. To determine the decrease in activation microleakage sonic fillTM with Z350XT composite resin compared. For data collection each tooth was recorded with a code, divided in half and each half in turn was serially. The results show that activation of sonic fillTM can reduce microfiltration averaging 0.000, an average range of 32,083 and a significance of 0.025. It was concluded that there are significant differences between the cavities class I restorations made with z350XT resin and the resin activation Sonica Sonic fillTM, sonicated resin presenting lesser degree of activation marginal leakage
