The objective of this academic thesis is to analyze and compare the seismic utility in the studied area according to the existing structures, the risk in the environment in the residential area and the danger of the agreement in the number of inhabitants per house, this The story of Víctor Larco Herrera. In this way, we proceeded to transfer the information of the survey in the ARCGIS program for the analysis in the middle of a map of the area and the use of Google Earth, to evaluate the seismic risk for each milestone in the survey. The history of the dwelling, the family of the dwelling, the number of inhabitants, the use of the dwelling, the number of flats and projects, the technical advice, the time of the utility of the dwelling, the type of soil, observed characteristics in the type of soil characteristics of the soil type, location, etc. Three housing models were chosen for the analysis in the SAP 2000 for the evaluation of it. This mode was considered for a moderate earthquake, an earthquake with a Richter seismological scale, called a scale of local magnitude (Ml) that has a range of 2.0 to 6.9 degrees of magnitude. The displacements were obtained in the SAP 2000 program and analyzed and complied with the Resistant Earthquake Design norm, the results in the results and the similarities because in the Y axes it fulfilled the requirements of the aforementioned standard, but in the X axes of each dwelling taken, not met with the parameters of the Resistant Earthquake Design norm, these systems on the X portico axes and on the Y axis as confined masonry. When we see the results, we come to the conclusion of proposing a model. This model has a typology of 3 floors, which is a structure in two axes, both X and Y. To then analyze the behavior and displacements generated in a sense of Richter scale of local magnitude (Ml) from 2.0 to 6.9 degrees.
