The present work determined if oral hygiene, dental prosthesis cleaning, occupation, education, family income, number of children, age, sex, employment condition, tobacco consumption, are factors associated with quality of life in patients who use prostheses. removable teeth. This prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational-analytical study was carried out with a relationship of adult people with PPR, referred by Stomatology students who developed and placed the PPR during 2018-2019 who met the selection criteria. The selection method was non-probabilistic for convenience. The variables were evaluated by means of a virtual questionnaire, based on the theoretical concepts of primary sources: the first part was general information on each patient and the second part details the OHIP-14 test internationally validated in Greece. Statistical analysis was by means of the Chi square test with a significance level of 5%. The results indicate that there is only a statistically significant association between oral hygiene and quality of life (p = 0.0007) and between age and quality of life in patients (p = 0.0009) who use removable dental prostheses. It is concluded that the only factors associated with the quality of life in patients who use removable dental prostheses is age are oral hygiene and age.
