The present research aimed to determine the influence of the implementation of SISCA software in the training management of the Gerencia Sub Regional Chota in 2023, this study was carried out applying a quantitative approach, with experimental design, pre-experimental grade, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which consisted of 12 items validated by 5 experts in the field, and the V of Aiken was used for content validity (0.83), which was used to measure the training management variable, before and after the implementation of the SISCA software, to analyze a population of 78 public servants during the months of January and April 2023. In the results it was obtained that, before the implementation of SISCA software, the servers considered the training management as bad with a percentage of 30.8%, on the other hand regarding the implementation of the SISCA software the phases used were: start, planning, evaluation and closure, which was developed in 5 months, from December 2022 to April 2023, while after the implementation of the SISCA software the servers considered the training management as good with 48.7%, finally, there was a growth of 67.86% between the before and after the implementation of the software indicating a positive improvement in training management. With the help of the T-Student parametric test, it is concluded that the implementation of the SISCA software significantly influences the training management of the Gerencia Sub Regional Chota in 2023.
