The objective of the present investigation was to determine the factors associated with adherence to refocused prenatal care at the Wichanzao Maternal and Child Health Center, 2024. The study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transectional. The sample was made up of 76 pregnant women who, during the period from May to June, met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A data collection form and a questionnaire were used as an instrument. The results found were that both personal and socioeconomic factors (p-value > 0.05) have no association with adherence to refocused prenatal care (RPC). Of the institutional factors, the treatment of the team that complements the care was the only one that was associated with adherence to RPC (p-value < 0.05), in addition it was identified that 75% of pregnant women do not show adherence to RPC and 25% do. In conclusion, it was identified that there is an association (p-value < 0.05) between institutional factors and adherence to refocused prenatal care
