The objective of this research was to determine the frequency of Ehrlichiosis in dogs that attended the ""ARHEN"" veterinary center, along with associated factors and the lethality, mortality, and attack rates. A total of 505 medical records from the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 were analyzed for dogs with a presumptive diagnosis of canine ehrlichiosis. The results indicated an overall prevalence of 69.31% of canine ehrlichiosis throughout the study period (2021-2023), with the highest prevalence in 2021 (77.67%). Regarding associated factors, age group, breed, tick presence, and use of external antiparasitics in 2021 showed a significant association (p≤0.05), determined through the Chi-square test, with the prevalence of canine ehrlichiosis. Adults, mixed-breed dogs, those with tick presence, and those without the use of external antiparasitics in the last three months were most frequently affected. In 2023, only tick presence was significant. The lethality and mortality rates were highest in 2021, at 22.6% and 17.56%, respectively. According to the season, the highest attack rates were observed in autumn (87.8%) in 2021, in spring (77.78%) in 2022, and in summer in 2023 (69.23%). It was concluded that canine ehrlichiosis is prevalent in dogs attending the ARHEN veterinary center.
