The present investigation has begun with the following research question: How would the reduction of the claim qualification stage in child support processes for minors with a duly established paternal (or maternal) filial bond, allow a better protection of the best interests of the child and adolescent? In this way, the general objective was proposed: Demonstrate how the reduction of the claim qualification stage in child support processes for minors with duly established filial (or maternal) ties would allow better protection of the best interest. of the boy, girl and adolescent. Now, to achieve this general objective, the following specific objectives were proposed: 1. Make known the importance of the right to food, within the framework of the principle of the best interest of the child or adolescent, in Peru: 2. Indicate the procedural institutional relationship that exists between the qualification of the claim, the procedural exceptions and the procedural sanitation, in the judicial processes of maintenance of recognized minors; and, 3. Analyze the judicial processes for maintenance of minors with duly accredited paternal or maternal filial ties. Finally, after having used the pertinent research methods, it has been possible to reach the following general conclusion: The reduction of the claim qualification stage in the maintenance processes of minors with duly accredited paternal or maternal filial ties is to seek greater protection of the best interests of the child and adolescent, since in this way the time that this stage would take will be saved; and, with this, the founded sentence will be able to be reached more quickly.
