The objective of this work is to inform the legal community in general about the transgression of the right of impartiality that any person who is intended to be investigated for the crime of customs reception, to which the collecting entity previously Through Customs, prohibited or illegally acquired goods have been seized. In this sense, the following was established as a statement of the main problem: ¿When is the principle of impartiality affected in criminal investigations for the crime of customs reception in Peru? ; Likewise, the following was formulated as a general objective of this research work: Determine when the principle of impartiality is affected in criminal investigations for the crime of customs receipt in Peru, after which the hypothesis was established as follows: The principle of impartiality in criminal investigations for the crime of customs reception in Peru is affected when the customs administration that is an aggrieved party in the process issues the official expert report on the value of the goods so that they are considered as a crime of customs reception., in that sense legal methods were used, then the hypothesis could be contrasted with the results in a conclusive manner, this is reflected in the conclusions of this research work
