nuestra vida diaria, influenciando nuestras frustraciones, anhelos,
The main objective of this thesis is to examine whether the economic model governing the Orange Economy in Colombia can be applied as a guide for Peru to enhance its economic development. The aim is to determine the viability of adopting Colombian strategies and practices in the Peruvian context to foster growth in cultural, creative, and artistic sectors. Peru's GDP is promising, but it does not guarantee success in economic and social development. Our customs and culture are an integral part of our daily lives, influencing our frustrations, aspirations, objectives, goals, and the freedoms we seek. The opportunity and freedom for these cultural manifestations must be protected among the basic liberties whose essential progress should be considered in development. The question arises as to what has been done with all this creative and cultural wealth of the country. Historically, Peru has exploited its natural resources: first rubber, then guano, and currently mining. While this was appropriate in the early stages, the question is what comes next. In conclusion, specific data and records were selected to reflect the key aspects of the orange economies in Colombia and Peru. These include: records of favorable laws for the development of the orange economic sector, population participation in cultural activities, new forms of cultural and artistic expression generated by the orange economy, Active Economic Participation (PEA) in the orange economic sector, composition and inventory of investment in economic stimuli, numerical values of production and export in the orange sector. This thesis demonstrates that the Colombian orange economy model is applicable in Peru, as through numerical and regulatory analysis and the adaptation of successful strategies from the Colombian Orange Economy, Peru can find a viable path to boost its own economic development in cultural, creative, and artistic sectors.
