Society has long considered the need for a modern state, in which the delays of the different processes are effective and fast, in such a way that it seeks to ensure that equality and effectiveness are practiced in Peruvian regulations. It is for this reason that the present investigation seeks to address the regulation of auction advertising existing in the Civil Procedure Code, from the perspective in which it is evident that our regulations violate the principles of economy and procedural speed. Along these lines, we ask ourselves the following research question: Why does the publicity of the auction regulated in the Civil Procedure Code of 1993 violate the principles of economy and procedural speed? Likewise, we have proposed the following research objective: Determine why the publicity of the auction regulated in the Civil Procedure Code of 1993 violates the principles of economy and procedural speed. Finally, after having applied the research methods, techniques and instruments described in our work, the following general conclusion was determined: The publicity of the auction regulated in the Civil Procedure Code of 1993 presents serious deficiencies; Well, reality shows that said regulation has generated additional costs and has unnecessarily extended the duration of the execution stage, and even traditional advertising mechanisms not only make the process more expensive, but are also currently ineffective due to the changes technological and limited access in certain areas. Consequently, this situation causes procedural costs to increase for the intervening parties. Although the virtual auction law (REM@JU) in force in Peru represents progress in modernization at this stage, its implementation still faces technical and administrative problems that They prevent a true positive impact on the economy and procedural speed
