The purpose of this study was to determine the association between non-medical factors and access to health services for pregnant women with emergency gestational morbidity, treated at the Leoncio Prado Hospital in Huamachuco in 2022. The technique used was synthesis and analysis, descriptive analytical design of relationship Results: The characteristics of the pregnant women with emergency gestational morbidity were age 18 to 23 years (28.7%), cohabitants (87.1%), with incomplete primary school (56.4%), the head of the household is the spouse (85.1%), Catholic religion (75.2%), Socioeconomic level E (62.4%), multiparous 58.4%, with more than 6 prenatal controls (49.5%) and referrals with 66.3%, the most frequent emergency gestational morbidity was severe pre-eclampsia ( 27.7%), retained placenta (19.8%) and placental abruption (13.9%); Only 37.6% had access to health services, of the morbidities pre-eclampsia had access in 33.3% and retained placenta in 20.5%, no association was found between non-medical factors with respect to women, the factors non-medical with respect to the spouse, his and/or her family members, non-medical factors with respect to the community and non- medical factors with respect to economic factors and access to health services for pregnant women with emergency gestational morbidity, treated at the Leoncio Prado Huamachuco Hospital in 2022
