The theme addressed in this study was aimed at identifying how work feedback influences the performance of the work team of the Mendieta Leiva optical consortium, Piura Region, in 2020. To this end, a consistency matrix was developed to synthesize and outline what was proposed. For the adequate justification of this research in its four aspects: theoretical, practical, methodological and social, it was necessary to follow the structure determined by the faculty, which obeys the rules of scientific work. Likewise, it was necessary to resort to authors' theories and preliminary researches such as those of Nieves Bayona (2018), Vidarte Niño (2017), Zans Castellón (2017), Arroyo Cesari, Aznarán Carranza, & Ubarnes Risco (2017), Ortiz Olaechea (2017), Egas Bejar (2015), and to the collection and analysis of basic concepts which helped to have a correct foundation of it. In that sense, the variables analyzed were two: “labor feedback“ and “performance“. The type of research in this study was: basic, non-experimental, transversal and correlational, with a probabilistic sampling criterion. The population was made up of a total of 25 people, the same ones who made up the sample, since a census was carried out. The technique used for the collection of data was the survey, being its instrument the Likert scale questionnaire, which proved to be consistent and coherent by means of Cronbach's Alpha in which a coefficient of 0.77 was obtained for the self-made one. The processing of the obtained data was carried out by means of SPSS V.25, which showed in a summarized way the results that allowed reaching the conclusion that the alternative hypothesis raised in this research should be accepted, while the other one was rejected, since a pearson correlation index of 0.236 was found.
