This research analyzes the effects of price and service quality of taxi applications on brand loyalty through satisfaction with the purpose of analyzing the consumer experience through these applications and determining the level of influence on the people. The study investigates four main variables regarding the taxi application sector, which are perceived quality of the booking application, price perception, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty intention. These variables allow us to contribute to emerging market research that will extend the theory of mobile applications and the benefits they provide. The methodology used consists of a cross-sectional study of explanatory scope through non-probabilistic convenience sampling and includes a population of men and women over 18 years of age who have used the taxi service in the last three months. The sample will be made up of 400 people to whom a questionnaire will be applied in different strategic places such as shopping centers, restaurants, clubs, universities, among others. To this end, the SEM structural equation model has been considered to elucidate the proposed hypotheses and the use of the Smart PLS 4.0 technique to verify the suitability between the relationships of the variables.
