The access and use of ICTs have revolutionized labor markets, creating new opportunities and fostering economic inclusion. However, gender gaps in access to these technologies limit their benefits, particularly for women. In Peru, high levels of female labor informality and disparities between urban and rural areas stand out as key challenges. This study analyzes the effect of access to and use of ICTs on women's formal and informal labor participation in Peru during the 2015–2023 period, using data from the National Household Survey (ENAHO). Based on human capital theory, the analysis employs a probit econometric model to estimate the probability of employment in both sectors, considering factors such as age, education, and marital status. The expected results aim to demonstrate how access to and use of ICTs can facilitate women's integration into more inclusive labor markets, highlighting their role as a key tool to reduce inequalities and promote sustainable development.
