The purpose of the current investigation is to evaluate a proposal that is capable of reducing the delivery time of orders in an entity in the polymer sector; since, more than the average of user complaints is due to delays in completing the order for delivery of orders; due to this, the data of the plastic sector and the current delivery times of the company will be analyzed in order to have an improvement, where high unproductivity times were detected in the production areas that consequently generate high costs and reduce the competitiveness of the company under study. In addition, techniques and tools are investigated, through backgrounds of success and failure cases, to have a gap of the optimal percentage in the amount of on-time order delivery and the principles of the Lean Manufacturing Approach will be used to reduce the request distribution times, using the 5S, Kanban and procedure homologation tools (Standard Work) will be viable and will generate a favorable metamorphosis in the corporation, where the aforementioned methodology contributed to mitigate the financial impact, which will be evident in the decrease in order delivery time. Finally, the simulation will be carried out with the help of new parameters discovered based on the data of the case under study and this will help to achieve success in what is proposed for optimization.
