This study focuses on Spartan Peru and aims to develop strategies that increase efficiency in the collection process to optimize its financial economic situation. A qualitative methodology was used that facilitates the exploration of different perspectives, the analysis of concepts and the adaptation of approaches to the needs of the study, making it a flexible and appropriate tool to address the problem. To evaluate the impact, collection management was analyzed during the period from January to August 2024. The main problem identified is the delay in payments, caused by inefficiency in collection management. The research suggests several solutions, including the creation of a specialized area, strengthening the billing department by implementing credit and collection policies, training staff, and outsourcing management. The most appropriate alternative is to improve the billing area, developing effective policies and training the team, considering the positive impact that these measures can have on the company. In addition, key concepts that support this study are defined, such as accounts receivable, financial ratios, collections, financial analysis and outsourcing
