Within the framework of the digital transformation that Peruvian banks are facing, there has been a 35% increase in investment in technological tools within organizations, which implies the need to optimize internal news to better align employees with organizational objectives. The lack of adequate tools to measure the effectiveness of their internal news limits the ability to align employees with strategic objectives and, consequently, affects both decision making and the overall performance of the organization and its ability to adapt to the demands of the competitive environment. This project consisted of the implementation of an application developed with the use of Power Apps, which facilitated the publication of internal news and provided metrics on the impact and interaction of employees with the news. The tool made it possible to obtain metrics such as the level of interaction and the impact of the content, which enabled the organization to make timely adjustments to its internal news strategies, improving the flow of information and the capacity to respond to new needs and internal dynamics. With the implementation of this solution, metrics were obtained for the first time to measure the news publication process. It was found that the average dwell time is 4 minutes, and 100% of the users mastered the application within 2 weeks. This contributes significantly to increased proactivity and has a direct impact on the quality of service to the public.
