The present project aims to implement an automated testing system for credit card charge and payment services within the certification environment of a Peruvian banking entity. This development is based on the use of Selenium and Java as primary technologies, optimizing test execution by reducing manual testing times by 40%. The adopted approach enhances system efficiency, ensuring precise validation of transactions. The proposed design is based on the Page Object Model (POM) pattern, which stands out for facilitating the modularity and reusability of test scripts, simplifying their maintenance and scalability. Additionally, the agile Scrum framework is used for project management, providing a flexible planning method that ensures development phases align with established objectives and promote measurable results. Among the identified benefits are the reduction of inconsistencies derived from manual processes, greater reliability in the evaluation of critical operations, and compliance with the security standards required in the financial sector. Furthermore, the automated system reduces operational costs and strengthens the ability to respond to unforeseen events, improving the quality and stability of the provided services. The project includes both functional and non-functional tests, ensuring the validation of the system's performance under different load scenarios. This approach guarantees a robust certification environment aligned with banking standards and focused on reinforcing technological quality management in key processes.
