The purpose of this business plan is to support the creation of a music academy that declares its commitment to the formal study of this discipline. The academy is oriented both to young musicians who wish to study a professional career in music and need pre-university training, as well as to young and adult beginners with a self-taught profile who seek to perfect their musical skills. The academy's academic proposal comprises the study of music as the necessary sum of the technical study in the execution of the musical instrument and the study of the theoretical-musical fundamentals, offering training programs adapted to the aforementioned profiles, as it provides those interested with specialized musical training, regardless of their professional goals. These programs are divided into four categories according to the age and objectives of the students: Teens, Adult, Adult+ and MusicPro. The viability of the business is based on an analysis of the market, as well as internal and external factors. In addition, this project contributes to the strengthening of the musical academic field, as it would not only cover an educational gap between school and university music education in Peru, but would also respond to the cultural and educational needs of the music industry in Lima.
