This project presents the development and implementation of a risk management system for derivative products in a banking institution, aimed at complying with Resolution No. 895-98 of the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance, and AFP (SBS). Based on a thorough analysis of regulatory requirements and available platforms, Datio was selected as the most suitable solution to optimize the management of regulatory data. The system's physical and logical architecture was designed to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and security in report generation. After extensive testing, the system reduced operational time by 90%, improving the quality of reported data and eliminating manual errors. Additionally, a continuity plan was developed to ensure the system's sustainability, adapting it to future regulatory changes and training staff in its management. This project not only enhances regulatory compliance but also optimizes the entity's internal processes, strengthening its position with regulators and increasing its transparency in the financial market.
