This professional sufficiency project addresses the problems of the Freight Forwarder company in relation to inefficient processes in purchasing management. In the first section, an internal and external analysis of the business was carried out, as well as aspects related to the organization and the problems identified, together with the corresponding justification. In the second section, the theoretical framework is presented against the background related to the analyzed problem, including case studies where similar situations were faced. In addition, the theoretical approaches with solution methodologies are presented, and the identification of the proposed alternatives is detailed. Finally, the last section presents the discussion regarding the selection of the chosen solution through an evaluation of the alternatives, considering key decision factors, and discusses the implications of the chosen option in the organization. This analysis is complemented with the presentation of conclusions and recommendations, which will provide guidelines for continuous improvement in the purchasing management of the company, contributing to its competitiveness and sustainability in the market, as well as guidelines for future research related to the sector.
