In the current professional sufficiency work, it was possible to carry out the corresponding data in the storage area collected during the storage and distribution activities of orders for products for the cosmetic sector. The purpose of this study was to determine to what extent the implementation of the proposal made through Lean tools provides the company with a continuous improvement related to the delivery of orders for the cosmetic sector. However, the research work focused on studying in detail the reasons and causes that produced the problem, based on the non-compliance with the deliveries of orders for cosmetic products, in them it will be possible to identify and carry out an analysis of the current situation, so that later the solution model can be determined in a viable way, thanks to the use of the application of the Kanban tools, Slotting ABC and standardized work, it will be possible to achieve an improvement in the delivery of orders on time made by the company from 78.90% to 95%, in the same way the errors were reduced for the 2 reasons. At the end, the effect of the engineering results will be discussed, as well as the functional and financial validation of our project. It is suggested to design an ideal management system for the warehouse and on-time deliveries using the improvements that are being suggested.
