This professional sufficiency work addresses the improvement of slope stability in Villa Real, located in the Río Negro district, Satipo province, Junín region, using concrete piles as a stabilization measure and the GEO5 software for geotechnical analysis. The research focuses on characterizing local geotechnical conditions and evaluating the behavior of the terrain under different load conditions and proposing a stabilization system to mitigate the risk of landslides that impact both the population and infrastructure. Two pile types are proposed, adjusted in terms of spacing and diameter, to optimize soil resistance. Results show that both configurations meet the safety factors established by national standards, demonstrating the effectiveness of piles in static and pseudostatic conditions. This study provides a structured solution for slope stabilization in areas vulnerable to landslides, highlighting the applicability of piles in complex terrains like those found in Villa Real.
