The present professional sufficiency work (TSP) develops the optimization proposal for the structural design of module 3 of the Walter Peña Loza Ramella Educational Institution in the District of Ate, Lima – Peru. To do this, we base ourselves on the architectural and structural plans proposed by the INVIERTE.PE entity and use the current Peruvian regulations regarding the design of buildings, which are E-030 and E-0.60, considering that it is a building essential type A. In addition, through the pre-sizing of structural elements, the static and dynamic seismic analysis and modeling of the building in ETABS, the plans and design of the optimized structure will be made. In this way, the present optimized structural design proposal for module 3 will fulfill a guiding role for future school infrastructure projects in highly seismic areas.
