This research is based on a low machine effectiveness rate, thus, predicted orders are not being met, loss, wasted time, etc., in a company in the textile industry. This problem represented 8% of the company's total income from the loom line. in 2022. The research will integrate several engineering tools, since in this way a solution can be provided to the problem that is affecting the company, with the aim of optimizing process times, increasing the level of machine efficiency, reducing losses caused by machine breakdowns and reducing the calibration time of said machines. The proposed model will be based on the Lean Manufacturing methodology, which will include the use of the TPM tool, with the pillars of Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and with support the 5'S tool will also be raised in this problem. The results obtained from the proposal were an increase in OEE on the loom production line, with a 75% increase in machine effectiveness, an 80% decrease in downtime and an 85% reduction in inefficient movements. These results conclude that there will be a loss of only 5% of the total income of the loom production line.
