The textile sector of MSMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) plays an essential role in the global economy, due to its positioning in the business fabric and its capacity to generate employment. In Peru, 23.7% of the country's formal companies belong to the textile sector, which reflects its relevance within the economic structure. This research work focuses on identifying and solving the main causes of low order fulfillment in a textile company, since this problem generates significant costs. The objective of the research is to increase order fulfillment, which is currently at 69%, with the goal of reaching 85%, according to the Systematic Literature Review. To this end, Preventive Maintenance and Standard Work were identified as key tools, focused on optimizing processes and reducing unscheduled machine downtime. The pilot test showed positive results, with an increase in order fulfillment to 87%, attributable to a 30% reduction in rework and a 13% increase in machine availability.
