During the COVID-19 pandemic, consumer behavior underwent several changes, including the adoption of new digital payment methods such as contactless, due to social distancing measures that sought minimum contact between people. This new behavior was very well received, and this research aims to determine today what are the factors that affect the use of contactless in millennials of Metropolitan Lima in 2023. Quantitative research was conducted using online surveys of 412 participants. The questionnaire was based on a five-point Likert scale and had filter questions such as the age range of millennials (between 29 and 42 years old), if they had any financial product (bank account) and if they had used contactless, to obtain valid answers and avoid sampling errors; achieving a total of 317 valid responses. From the information obtained, it was coded to adapt it to the SPSS version 22 statistical scheme, then the normality test and Spearman's correlation method were used. Finally, it was concluded that there is a significant, positive and medium relationship between the variables: perceived ease of use and perceived value with a correlation of 0.159, perceived usefulness and perceived value with a correlation of 0.491, security in the service and perceived value with a correlation of 0.449, perceived value and satisfaction of use with a correlation of 0.385, satisfaction of use and word of mouth with a correlation of 0.442, satisfaction of use and habits with a correlation of 0.344. As well as a significant, positive and considerable relationship for the variables: satisfaction of use and continuity of use with a correlation of 0.613.
