This thesis explores the identification of emotions through image processing and the use of a neural network, focusing on detecting two levels of happiness. The primary goal is to develop a system capable of analyzing a set of images taken to determine the number of happy customers. This system integrates with Salesforce, a widely used CRM, enabling companies to efficiently monitor customer satisfaction levels. Emotion analysis is performed using advanced image processing techniques and deep learning algorithms, providing an innovative tool to enhance customer service and data-driven decision-making based on emotional insights. Implementing this system in Salesforce allows companies to gain a detailed and real-time view of their customers' emotional states, facilitating the adoption of more effective and personalized strategies to improve customer experience.
