In the year 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic began, generating concern among people who wanted medical attention. Therefore, health institutions, whether hospitals or clinics, and even health personnel working independently found in telemedicine an opportunity to provide care to patients virtually and take care of the health of the patient and physician. The aim of the present study was to determine whether the UTAUT2 factors are positively related to the intention to use telemedicine services in patients aged 20 to 35 years in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima. The research has a quantitative approach and a transactional non-experimental research design. To collect information and learn about this relationship, we proceeded to conduct virtual surveys and 327 users met the chosen profile. Finally, according to the results obtained, we concluded that there is a positive relationship between the UTAUT2 and the intention to use the telemedicine service in patients between 20 and 35 years of age in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima. Likewise, recommendations were provided to health institutions and health personnel on strategies to improve the patient experience for each factor of the UTAUT2.
