Financial institutions are in charge of providing money loans and financial transactions to customers who meet the established requirements. Currently, one of the problems that exist within financial institutions is the increase in the overdue portfolio, which means that customers do not pay their loans or are in overdue situation and are late in their payments, this generates an increase in credit risk and therefore a direct relationship with the increase in provisions. First, we will analyze various technological tools that have implemented a dashboard, so that, by comparing them, we can find the gaps that will be addressed with the design of our proposal that will provide a unique value to the solution. Secondly, the technological solution architecture will be designed to optimally manage a dashboard designed for strategy teams that need to improve recovery strategies, which will be provided with graphs with relevant data on the overdue portfolio. This architecture will also detail all the components of the solution. Third, the results of the study show 84% end-user satisfaction and an 83.33% reduction in the time it takes to receive past-due portfolio information for recovery strategies. Finally, the project provides baseline information that can be used for future research within the financial sector.
