The following research seeks to contribute to the improvement of prefabricated construction projects by applying a communication management model between Stakeholders based on Lean philosophy. This searches efficiency in the active participation and integration of the people involved in the project as well as good strategies in the planification of delivery of prefabricated slabs. The study begins due to the inefficiency during Project management in the real state sector, which results in the occurrence of significant delays in the schedule. The research is classified as explanatory in a level of study and follows a site study design. Moreover, the data is gathered from the analysis of three different multifamily projects where the parameters focused on coordination of deliveries, the current state of progress of construction and the most frequent problems found during the execution of the project. The model proposed was applied in one of the analyzed construction projects; this approach comes from the Lean philosophy with the purpose of providing more efficient tools to analyze restrictions that stops the progress of activities. The results found that the model improved times of delivery of the prefabricated slabs by increasing the index of participation of stakeholders of the project and had a direct impact in the completed activities percentage by maintaining in a range of 92% to 95%
