Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the entire population, affecting both the workplace and the social and personal aspects of each individual, from which new challenges emerged in each of these areas. Among the population groups most affected are healthcare professionals, who constantly faced physical and mental risks due to their work. Objectives: To evaluate the association between demographic and occupational factors with the prevalence of anxiety, Burnout syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder under COVID-19 pandemic conditions in health professionals at the San Juan de Dios Hospital (Caraz, Peru) during the year 2021. Methods: An analytical cross-sectional study was conducted out in the healthcare workers of the San Juan de Dios hospital (Caraz, Perú). The sample was census. The presence of anxiety, Burnout syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder was evaluated with the Beck Anxiety Inventory, Maslach Burnout Inventory and Event Impact Scale Revised, respectively. In addition, other sociodemographic and labor variables were measured. To determine the prevalence of anxiety, Burnout syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder. The association between anxiety, Burnout syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder and its independent variables was examined by Robust Poisson regression. Results: Of the 150 health professionals of the Hospital San Juan de Dios who responded to the questionnaire, the prevalence of burnout syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety was found to be 22.67%, 9.33% and 23.33%, respectively. Burnout syndrome was found to be significant with job perception (PR 2.44, 95% CI 1.29-4.65; p=0.006) and working hours per week (PR 0.29, 95% CI 0.111- 0.730; p=0.009). Post-traumatic stress disorder only had a significant association with age (PR 6.64; 95% CI: 1.68-26.21; p=0.007). In the case of anxiety, an association was found with job perception (PR 3.24; 95% CI: 1.76- 5.96; p<0.001) and fear of isolation by COVID-19 (PR 1.94; 95% CI: 1.76-5.96; p<0.001). No statistically significant association was observed with the other sociodemographic and occupational factors. Conclusions: The prevalence of anxiety, Burnout syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder was similar to previous studies during the COVID-19 pandemic. An association was identified between anxiety and the variables work perception and fear of isolation by COVID-19. In the case of Burnout syndrome, this was associated with job perception and hours of work per week. Finally, posttraumatic stress disorder was associated with age.
