Technology is continually changing and has been transforming communication, which has had an impact on mobile communications, accelerating the growth of this new system, especially in developing countries. It has also led service providers to find new ways of reaching their customers. This evolution has led to the creation of a new digital channel in banking, called "mobile banking". This medium is an opportunity for the banking sector to reach new customers, however, without identifying user factors, it will not be possible to understand the adoption of mobile banking, which will lead to competition gaining a larger market. Therefore, our study seeks to analyze whether the variables self-efficacy and trialability in perceived ease of use have a major impact on customers' behavioral intention in mobile banking applications. A quantitative survey will be applied to 400 people who have an active bank account and use a smartphone. Also, measurement will be done by means of Likert scale, and structural equation modeling (SEM) will be applied and data will be analyzed by means of SPSS software.
