In Peru, the State is immersed in an ongoing process of digital transformation, aiming to modernize and optimize processes across all its public institutions. One of the current challenges in many of these institutions is the monitoring management, which involves the control and supervision of beneficiaries from institutions such as Inabif in various areas. Currently, this process is carried out through registration in physical forms or by using technological resources from other procedures, and sometimes, tools like WhatsApp and email are employed to send manually generated reports. This research focuses on the proposal and implementation of a monitoring system that will enhance this process. The proposal includes the introduction of a new procedure for data capture and report generation, designed to eliminate the need for periodic manual reports for professionals at the Center for Care and Rehabilitation (CAR). Furthermore, a significant reduction in time spent by Specialists on report generation is expected, as these will be automatically generated through the proposed system. The successful implementation of this monitoring system will allow the effective integration of information technology into new processes, providing professionals and specialists with enhanced capabilities and ultimately improving the quality of service provided to beneficiaries. This advancement is crucial for complying with the Digital Government Plan established by the Peruvian State in the context of the monitoring process.
