Nowadays one of the most important things in every company is the maintenance of equipment, machines and facilities; because an adequate maintenance plan extends its useful life and minimizes costs. Another important aspect is also the maintenance of sufficient inventory in the company, which has not only economic and financial implications, but also logistics, physical space and even production limits; Therefore, it takes a lot of time and money to determine it. Due to the situation reflected in the operations area, we are considering this project to reduce the company's high inventory and maintenance costs by analyzing and identifying the reasons that affect the company's profitability. This project aims to implement the TPM, 5S and inventory management methodology to reduce maintenance and inventory costs at the Real Club de Lima - Asia Headquarters. The application of these methodologies in the sports and cultural services company can help reduce the high costs generated, improving efficiency and in turn providing better service to its clients. It is important to adapt these methodologies to the specific needs of the business and promote a culture of continuous improvement among the organization's teams.
