This work details the execution of a project from planning to closure. This project aims to standardize processes for the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in a company in the mining sector. During planning, milestones were defined that allowed each of the stages of the project to be validated to obtain process optimized and aligned with the best practices of SAP S/4 HANA, this allowed us to obtain a basis at the process level to start the implementation project in the company. For the development of the project, it began with the Preparation and Diagnosis phase of the current situation, where sessions were held with the owner of each process to identify dependencies of the AS IS processes and the pain points of the users with the current process. Based on this, we continued with the TO BE process design phase where solution proposals were made. With the proposal, the Process Validation phase began with key users. The participating roles in these sessions were the project team, SAP consultants, mine specialist, project sponsor and finally with the owners of the process and managers of each area. Completing this phase, all the necessary conformities were obtained to validate the proposal. Finally, Business Blueprint (BBP) documents were prepared for each process for the transfer of knowledge to the SAP S/4 HANA implementation project team.
