Over the years, youth labor training agreements have become more relevant in their regulation in Peru; this is important because previously, there was no special regulation for pre-professional and professional practitioners. Currently, if a student or graduate wishes to carry out their internship, they must sign a Youth Labor Training Agreement with the company, who has the obligation to comply with all the formalities required by law at the time of signing. In this work, an analysis was carried out on the Labor Appeal No. 17286-2018 filed by the company Telefónica del Perú Sociedad Anónima Abierta, which addresses the issue of recognition of the employment relationship, the essential formalities constituting the agreement, the labor principles, on the formation of the employment relationship for an indefinite period, the effect of the denaturalization of agreements; thus finding the problem regarding the supervisory work of the Administrative Labor Authority regarding the agreements, the little regulation that exists in Peru on the matter, the behavior of employers regarding the obligations they have with the interns that would be a possible solution. the obligation of companies to send the signed youth agreements to the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion since this requirement has currently been repealed, resulting in the violation of the rights to education and work; for which reference will be made to Arévalo Vela, García y Romero, Gamarra Vílchez, Montoya Obregón, among others.
