This work exposes an improvement model based on 5S, Slotting, Method Study and BPM to increase the service level of a materials warehouse in a Textile company located in the district of Lima, Peru. The present study begins with the detailed diagnosis of the key processes that influence the profitability of the company and the subsequent approach to the solution model. In this work, it is determined that errors in picking, high service times and damage to the materials shipped impacted the productivity of the thread materials warehouse that had the production area as an internal client. This was manifested through the OTIF index which was 13.12% below the ideal according to the literature. With this simulated study, it was shown that it is possible to increase the service level up to 99.54%, with the implementation and combination of tools and methodologies during three phases marked in the PHVA cycle. 5S makes it easier to maintain an environment of order and cleanliness in workspaces that improves the visibility of materials. In addition to this, Slotting provides a new distribution of warehouse supplies based on their rotation and demand, generating better flow flows. orders and reducing time. Likewise, the analysis of activities within the warehouse through the Study of Work Methods allows the identification of best practices. Finally, the BPM tool that develops a new process reengineering for any activity that does not add value to the business.
