The subject company currently overlooks the recruitment of qualified personnel for overseeing its middle management, a crucial factor in achieving efficient outcomes and maintaining an unbroken service chain. Neglecting this aspect can result in less favorable outcomes in customer satisfaction surveys. In this professional sufficiency project, we delve into the deficiency of supervision within the installation department of Fiberline Peru SAC - Nubyx and propose a solution aligned with the company's objectives. Our aim is to improve customer satisfaction by fostering customer loyalty and promoting a service-oriented culture. The research employs a qualitative, case study methodology characterized by a descriptive, non-probabilistic design. Interviews were conducted with managers and supervisors actively engaged in the relevant areas, along with an in-depth analysis of quarterly customer complaints and feedback within the Customer Service department. By implementing the proposed solution, we anticipate enhanced task performance among technicians, ultimately lightening the supervisory workload. This, in turn, will afford the finance department of the company the opportunity to allocate resources for the recruitment of supervisors. Additionally, our approach aims to strengthen the bond between the technical staff and the organization. The actions undertaken are geared toward making technicians a part of the solution rather than being perceived as a part of the problem.
