The present support work has analyzed a SMEs company in the textile sector, in charge of the trade of yarns and fabrics. When analyzing the case study, it has been detected that the area with the greatest problems in the production processes is the dyeing area, which has an efficiency of 65.7%, well below the technical gap analyzed in the literature, which is 75%. . Since the textile sector in Peru is one of the sectors that has a significant impact on the economy, since it contributed 2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2022, the problems presented by the SMEs in question have been analyzed. By analyzing the main causes of low efficiency in the area, Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, redistribution of stations, standardization of work and Just in Time have been implemented as a solution in order to reduce reprocesses and machine stoppages in the dyeing area. By applying the tools, an increase in efficiency has been detected, since reprocesses have decreased in % and machine stoppages were reduced in %. Finally, the economic evaluation of the implementation in progress shows a VAR of and an IRR of being viable the project in execution.
