The purpose of this professional proficiency work is to contribute to the analysis of an Information Technology (IT) company. Currently, all companies have the challenge of increasing their income; and that go hand in hand with their growth; This is how the analysis of the company is approached where the Project Area together with the Operations Area present delays in the delivery of measurement reports; essential documentation prior to the delivery of economic offers. The objective of the work is to analyze based on a qualitative methodology, examining the facts through meetings with the Managers of each area involved. The most important findings found are the lack of improvements in their resources; identifying the causes and at the same time providing solutions to reduce the delivery time of measurements, which is the priority before economic offers with the aim of improving resources and increasing income. The problem requires careful analysis to improve efficiency and increase profitability. The analysis proposes three proposals, two of them considered viable by Management, as they have less economic impact and have a recovery period of less than one year, for each of them. Proposal No. 2, with the Lean Model, has a cost/benefit ratio of S/. 690.00 for each sol invested; Proposal No. 3, with the Expectations Model with its motivation element, has a cost/benefit ratio of S/. 3,833.33.
