This work develops a maintenance plan, procedures, and activity flow charts to address the problem of delays in the delivery of orders. Likewise, the root causes of origin are identified and verified with the success stories to evaluate and analyse the different alternative solutions that have already been developed and implemented and serve as support to validate the proposal for the problem. In addition, a brief description of the company under study was presented to understand its processes and situation and the impact it has on the company. To solve the problem of delays in the delivery of orders, the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and SMED (Matrix Change in less than ten minutes) tools were used to achieve the objective of reducing the variability of times in the preparation of machines and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment, guaranteeing its availability during production and fulfilling the delivery of orders within the established deadlines with the correct quantities.
