There is a need for Bizlinks SAC to implement a PMO (Project Management Office) to improve their electronic billing projects and therefore guarantee their success. The Enterprise has a low project management maturity level and a well-defined functional organization structure, but a very basic project´s organizational culture. There are organizational problems that can be improved, like the lack of a standard procedure for tracking and executing projects, which only depends on project leader, and the lack of a general project´s repository that can be used to standardize them. The actual environment of pandemic COVID-19 has forced enterprises to implement electronic billing as fast as possible, which has increased the number of projects expected for this year. However, the lack of efficient management of projects could lead to undesirable results and costs that affect the business value and gains. From all the above, we propose to implement a basic PMO and use PMO Value Ring Methodology to design services and procedures to manage projects from the first stage to its closure, provide formats and standardized tools to support the development of projects, propose the implementation of a repository to guard learned lessons and an implementation plan for the proposed PMO. Therefore, we expect to improve the project management and guarantee the success of its implementation.
