The objective of this study was to evaluate the implementation of a website (e-commerce) for PYMEs in Peru. For this purpose, the case study methodology was used, under a qualitative approach and exploratory design. Interviews were conducted and analyzed with experts in digital marketing and e-commerce, as well as with PYMEs owners. It was identified that the greatest limitation in the growth of e-commerce is associated with the fear that exists in users due to cyber-scams, thus arising the need to implement platforms that ensure safe shopping. For this reason, we propose the creation of Kamaq as an alternative solution in order to make secure transactions and enhance PYMEs, in addition to providing an opportunity for new entrepreneurs to generate higher sales nationwide through dropshipping, strengthening the B2B and B2C. Finally, this proposal is innovative because, at present, there is no similar platform aimed at providing security and support in purchases for customers and PYMEs in the Peruvian market.
